Welcome to the website of the School of Health Sciences and Education of Harokopio University.
The School was founded in 2013 and includes the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, the first University Department in the country to deal with the subject of Human Nutrition, with almost 25 years of successful operation.
The School is distinguished for its high quality education at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level, which is ensured by the close cooperation between the scientific and administrative staff and students in a quality academic environment.
It has developed an innovative and high level of research activity with international recognition as well as collaborations with more than 160 universities and research centres around the world.
The aim of the School is to develop policy on issues related to the relationship between nutrition and human health through continuous support to social groups in the field of nutrition and nutritional care as well as collaborations with productive sectors of the country.
