Giannis Arnaoutis is an expert in the hydration field, with numerous publications in international peer-reviewed journals and book chapters. His research interest is focused on sports nutrition, and more specifically: ergogenic supplements & the elite athlete, hydration status and performance, the relationship between hydration and health and regulation of fluid and electrolyte homeostasis. He delivers invited presentations globally, and he has received the 1st Young Researcher Award in the Hydration for Health Scientific Conference.
