Elizabeth Fragopoulou

Associate Professor

EXPERT

Her research interests focus on the study of bioactive micro-constituents as well as their effects on human health. Specifically, she deals with the investigation of the pathophysiological mechanisms that characterize the diseases as well as with the isolation, the structural characterization and the biological actions of the micro-components of natural products / foods.
