- providing an overview of the applications related to informatics and telematics, with a special focus on e-health and nutrition related applications
- describing the role of the world wide web in providing information for research
The course offers to students the knowledge and expertise necessary for understanding Information and Communication Technologies, as a fundamental prerequisite to investigate the role of ICT in health-related domains.
