Vasso Papadimitriou is Director General and member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Hellenic Food Industries (SEVT) representing the largest manufacturing sector at national and european level. She is member of the Leadership Team of the Hellenic Technology Platform «Food for Life», aiming at developing a strategy for research and innovation at the food sector. She is also member of the Directors’ General Cte of FoodDrinkEurope (Confederation of the European Food & Drink industries) and is involved in several food industry – related Boards.
Besides supporting the general management and external representation of the Federation, Vasso Papadimitriou co-ordinates and manages the Hellenic food and drink industry’s positions and actions in all food related areas.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and has a Master of Laws (LL.M) in European Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), University of London.
She is married and has 2 daughters.
